New Customer Discounts   Our Special Offers are reserved for NEW customers who have never ordered products or samples from Flint River Ranch directly, or from any other distributor or website. In addition, the 50% Off Sample Pack offer  and other Special Priced discounted items for NEW Customers ONLY, is limited to (1) one per customer/household and cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion. If an order is received with combined offers, or if multiple Sample Packs are ordered, the customer will be charged the discounted price for (1) one Sample Pack price, as listed on the website, but will be refunded for any other item(s) ordered. All orders received from an existing FRR customer will be refunded and the order will not be processed.

Please NOTE: Shipping charges of $4.00 will apply to any order totaling less than $8.50 with the exception of Dog, Cat or Dog/Cat Combo Sample packages.

**IMPORTANT**
It is very important for you to verify that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. You may be charged a $5.00 UPS Call Tag FEE if UPS determines the address provided by you is incorrect.

UPS Does NOT deliver to PO Boxes

30-day Return Policy: Flint River Ranch will refund full product value, less 15% for S&H charge, for returns and refused shipments made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest regional warehouse location. Please include a copy of original invoice/receipt and statement for reason of return. All "Automatic Shipments" returned will result in the cancellation of future Auto-Ships; contact Flint River Ranch or your distributor to reinstate your adjusted Auto-Ship schedule. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of customer receipt of Flint River Ranch products.

Write your customer FRR# on the bag and include a copy of your invoice so that you will receive a prompt and full refund.  You can also make an exchange or apply your credit towards another item.

If you receive a box that is visibly damaged, please do not open it. Instead refuse the shipment and have it returned to FRR for replacement by calling UPS at:  1-800-742-5877. Once you have opened the box you may be responsible for the cost of shipping it back. Phone calls to UPS must be made within 24 hours or they may refuse the shipment and you will then need to contact Flint River Ranch for instructions.
