About Flint River Ranch

Our Ingredients Are Supplied from US Suppliers and Our Products are Manufactured in the USA. See current information on Recalled Pet Food.

Flint River Ranch  does not purchase fully range fed chicken as they have too many diseases. While Flint River Ranch tries to use as much organic fed chicken as possible the majority is considered human quality. The same with Flint River Ranch trout and lamb. Our Menhaden fish comes from the North Atlantic ocean, our lamb is from New Zealand and are range grass-fed certified and the trout is raised in large cold-water ponds, trout farms with a special feeding diet.

Our grains come from companies that supply the highest quality ingredients to human food manufacturers. Flint River Ranch does not purchase grain from farms because of the possibility of toxic molds. All meat ingredients are processed for Flint River Ranch by USDA approved slaughter houses, except for the lamb. However, the lamb is USDA inspected and approved.

This is the reason only a few companies, regardless of their address, actually make pet food in California. Our processing plant is cleaner than most human food quality plants.

Flint River Ranch is also certified by the State of California for off-shore shipments, which require the highest certification of quality.
