Ordering products on our site is safe and secure. We use PayPal Pro for Flint River Ranch products because of their superior attention to providing a secure web shopping experience. You do not have to have an account. All other products purchased on this site are redirected to their respective manufacturer or affiliate sites.
We do not sell, lease or give away your personal information nor do we keep your credit card information anywhere in our shopping cart or system files.
BARF Products are
shipped via FedEx Ground. All orders are processed through the
manufacturer BARFWorld. Please click on the link above to view
shipping schedule. BARFWorld is not responsible for shipping
delays, but they are committed to accurate and expedient
We cannot ship
to PO Boxes.
It is always advisable to make sure that someone will be available to receive the shipment. Please immediately inspect your shipment. Check that the the correct items have been delivered and that there are no damaged or thawed items, shortages, overages or any other discrepancies. All frozen items must be immediately placed in your freezer to preserve the integrity of the product. Perishables (frozen items) are shipped separately from non-perishable items.
Refund/Return Policy and Procedure
All items BARF Products come with a 60 day money back guarantee. Any discrepancy with your order must be brought to the attention of BarfWorld within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please call them at 866-282-2273 so that they can begin the process of providing you with a refund or credit for goods. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We reserve the right to amend or modify these policies including the price of items and cost of shipping without prior notification.
